The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame class of 2025 has officially been announced, and features a star studded lineup on both the men’s and women’s side.
As previously reported, Carmelo Anthony headlines the class of 2025, but will be joined by Dwight Howard, Sue Bird, Maya Moore, Sylvia Fowles, Danny Crawford, 2008 U.S. Olympic men’s team, Billy Donovan, Micky Arison.
As a member of the 2008 “Redeem Team”, Anthony & Howard will technically be a double inductees in 2025. They’ll be joined by WNBA stays Sue Bir, Maya Moore, and Sylvia Fowles in the player category. Danny Crawford will enter as an official, Billy Donovan as a coach, and Micky Arison in the builder category.
Each of the inductees will enter as 1st ballot hall of famers, with a combined 45x NBA/WNBA All-Star appearances split between the 5 players.
The class of 2025 will officially be inducted later this year in a ceremony on September 5th.
