2026 Canadian Men’s Olympic Hockey Roster

Hockey Canada announced its official 2026 Men’s Olympic hockey roster on Wednesday. While some hockey insiders leaked the information ahead of time, the list became official on New Year’s Eve for the Winter Games in Italy.

Canada’s roster looks fairly similar to the one the country iced at the 4 Nations Faceoff event, but also features numerous first time Olympians as well. 19 year old Macklin Celebrini made the final 25 man roster after a blistering start to the 2025-26 NHL season.

In total, 6 players were swapped out from the 4 Nations roster, with Celebrini being joined by Nick Suzuki, Bo Horvat, Tom Wilson, Logan Thompson, and Darcy Kuemper. Not returning from the 4 Nations roster are forwards Sam Bennett, Travis Konecny, and Seth Jarvis, as well as goaltenders Adin Hill and Sam Montembeault.

NHL players are making their return to the Olympic Games for the first time in 12 years after they skipped the 2018 event, and saw 2022 disrupted by COVID.
