The 2003 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection dual logo man card featuring Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan has officially sold for $3.172M at auction on Friday night.
Overall the figure makes the card the 7th most expensive basketball card sold of all time, and represents the second most expensive Bryant related card ever. The card itself is a 1 of 1, PSA graded 6 card, and was auctioned off by Heritage Auctions.
The figure is notable because the card itself doesn’t feature an autograph on it, which is why it came in at roughly a quarter of what the 2007-08 version of the card earned on the secondary market. The 07-08 Kobe/MJ dual logo man 1 of 1 card which was signed by both players officially became the most expensive sports card of all time when it was purchased for a whopping $12.932M back in August.
Since his passing, Kobe Bryant related memorabilia has seen a sharp uptick in sales, and prices. Heritage auctions has been involved in several high profile sales of Bryant related items over the last several years, and has positioned itself as one of the market leaders in the secondary sports collectibles space.
For 2025, the auction house has now eclipsed over $2 billion worth of items sold at auction.
