The NFL celebrated another year of on and off field excellence on Thursday night as the league hosted its 14th annual NFL Honors night. Hosted by Snoop Dogg, the show took place at the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans, which is also the host city for this year’s Super Bowl.
When all was said and done, the league saw multiple first time award winners, and a newly inducted Pro Football Hall of Fame class. Here’s everyone who was recognized at the annual event:
Most Valuable Player – Josh Allen, QB, Buffalo Bills
Coach of the Year – Kevin O’Connell, HC, Minnesota Vikings
Comeback Player of the Year – Joe Burrow, QB, Cincinnati Bengals
Offensive Player of the Year – Saquon Barkley, RB, Philadelphia Eagles
Defensive Player of the Year – Patrick Surtain II, CB, Denver Broncos
Offensive Rookie of the Year – Jayden Daniels, QB, Washington Commanders
Defensive Rookie of the Year – Jared Verse, EDGE, Los Angeles Rams
Walter Payton Man of the Year – Arik Armstead, DL, Jacksonville Jaguars
Next Gen Stats Moment of the Year – Jayden Daniels Hail Mary vs. the Chicago Bears
Air & Ground Players of the Year – Josh Allen, QB, Buffalo Bills & Ja’Marr Chase, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
Salute to Service Award – George Kittle, TE, San Francisco 49ers
Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award – Josh Allen, QB, Buffalo Bills
Deacon Jones Sack Leader – Trey Hendrickson, DE, Cincinnati Bengals
Assistant Coach of the Year – Ben Johnson, OC, Detroit Lions
