LeBron James earned his 20th career All-NBA selection, while Jokic and Gilgeous-Alexander were each unanimous All-NBA 1st team selections. As a result of Luka Doncic’s is now eligible for a 5-year, $346M supermax extension which would be the most lucrative deal in NBA history.

Last year’s MVP Joel Embiid, Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell, New York Knicks forward Julius Randle and Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler were all ineligible for the award after failing to appear in at least 65 games. All four appeared on one of the All-NBA teams in 2022-23.
