NBA Rising Stars Rosters Announced

With the NBA heading to Indianapolis February 16-18th for the annual All-Star weekend, the league has unveiled its list of rookies, sophomores, and prospects who will take part in the 2024 Rising Stars Game.

This year’s format heads back to the 2022 edition of the Rising Stars Game where 4 teams of 7 players will compete in a mini-tournament, with celebrity coaches on the sidelines. Jalen Rose, Tamika Catchings, Pau Gasol, and Detlef Schrempf will each lead a team into action Friday night at the Gainsbridge Fieldhouse at 9pm ET.

The Rising Stars tournament will kick off immediately following the celebrity game at 7pm ET. Other events on All-Star weekend include:

Saturday, Feb. 17

  • HBCU Classic (2pm ET)
  • Skills Challenge, 3-Point Contest, Stephen vs. Sabrina 3-Point Challenge and Slam Dunk Contest (8 pm ET)

Sunday, Feb. 18

  • 2024 NBA All-Star Game (8 pm ET)
